At Oxymob, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your repair service. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process and conditions under which you can cancel a mobile repair service.

1. Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel a repair service at any time before the repair is completed. To request a cancellation:

  • Provide your order details and request the cancellation.

2. Cancellation Process

  • If the cancellation request is made before the repair begins, no charges will apply, and any advance payment made will be refunded.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the repair has started, a partial charge may apply for the work already completed.
  • Once the repair is complete, cancellations will not be accepted. Any issues post-repair should be handled under the Return Policy or Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancellations

  • If the cancellation is requested before the repair process begins, we will refund any advance payment made through the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.

4. Cancellation by Oxymob

We may cancel a repair service under the following conditions:

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances or if we are unable to repair the device due to technical limitations.
  • If we are unable to reach the customer or schedule the repair within a reasonable time frame.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative solutions, including the option to reschedule the service.

5. Non-Cancelable Services

Once a repair service is in progress or completed, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests after the service is complete must be addressed through the Return Policy or Refund Policy.

6. Free Shipping

If you cancel a repair service before it is completed, free shipping will apply for any refunds or rescheduled appointments, provided that the device has not been shipped for repair.
