1. Services Provided

Oxymob offers mobile repair services at your doorstep, including but not limited to:

  • Screen replacements
  • Battery repairs
  • Charging port repairs
  • Camera repairs
  • Water damage repairs
  • Software repairs
  • Speaker and microphone repairs

We also provide free shipping for both sending your device for repair and returning it after the repair is complete.

2. Service Availability

  • Our mobile repair services are currently available in the cities of Ranchi, Patna, and Noida.
  • For locations outside these cities, please contact us for potential shipping options or future service expansions.

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • To schedule a repair service, you must provide accurate information, including your contact details, mobile device details, and the type of repair required.
  • Booking a repair service requires you to confirm a time slot for the technician to visit your location.

4. Service Fees and Payment

  • Our services are priced based on the type of repair required. A full cost estimate will be provided before any repair work begins.
  • Payment must be made in full before the repair is started unless agreed upon otherwise.
  • We accept multiple payment methods, which will be outlined during the booking process.

5. Repairs and Warranty

  • We only use high-quality replacement parts for mobile repairs.
  • A warranty is provided for most repairs, typically valid for 7 days. If you experience any issues with your repaired device within this period, we will offer a free replacement or fix the issue at no additional cost.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by user negligence, misuse, or accidents.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • You must ensure that your device is securely packaged if it is being shipped to us for repair. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
  • If you cancel a repair service after it has started, a partial charge may apply depending on the work already completed.
  • You must ensure the mobile device is free of any personal data or confidential information before handing it over for repair.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for both sending your device to us and returning it after repair.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping unless caused by our own negligence. It is your responsibility to ensure the device is properly packaged before shipment.
  • Once a repair is completed, we will ship your device back to you within the agreed-upon time. You will receive a tracking number for delivery.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Customers can cancel a repair service before the repair process begins without incurring any fees. Once a repair has started, cancellations may incur partial charges.
  • Refunds will be processed in case of cancellations before repair or if the service was not provided as promised.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Oxymob is not liable for any damages caused by improper use or handling of the device after repair.
  • We will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the repaired device.

  • Your personal information is protected by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and do not share your personal details with third parties unless necessary for service delivery.

11. User Conduct

  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not engage in any activity that may harm the functionality of our services or website.
