At Oxymob, we strive to ensure the best quality service for your mobile repair needs. If you're not completely satisfied with your repair, this Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your repaired device.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return of your mobile device under the following conditions:

  • The mobile device has been repaired by Oxymob.
  • You are experiencing issues with the repair within 7 days from the date of the service.
  • The device has not been damaged due to misuse or mishandling after the repair.
  • You contact Oxymob customer service within the 7-day period to initiate the return.

2. Return Conditions

  • Mobile Condition: The device must be in the same condition as when it was repaired. Any physical damage caused by the user after the repair will not qualify for a return.
  • Proof of Service: To process a return, you must provide a proof of service, such as a receipt or repair report.
  • Timely Request: Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of the repair service.

3. Return Process

To return a repaired mobile device:

  1. Contact Oxymob customer service at oxymob.com@gmail.com or call 9798778690 within 7 days of receiving the repair.
  2. Provide the necessary details, including your service receipt, mobile issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund or Replacement

  • If the return is accepted, you will be eligible for a replacement or a refund depending on the issue with the repair.
  • In the case of a replacement, we will ship the new device to you at no additional charge.
  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the repair.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

The following conditions are not eligible for a return:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the repair date.
  • Damage to the mobile device caused by the user after the repair.
  • If the mobile repair was successfully completed and the issue is unrelated to the repair service.

6. Free Shipping for Returns

Oxymob provides free shipping for the return process. We will cover the cost of returning the mobile device and shipping the replacement, if applicable.
