However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or replacement is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund or replacement.
1. Mobile Repair Services
- Repair Quality Guarantee: If you experience any issues related to the mobile repair within 7 days from the date of service, you are eligible for a replacement of the repaired mobile at no extra cost.
- Refunds for Repair Services: Refunds will only be considered if the repair service is not performed according to the agreed terms. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days, and we will review your request.
2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
- The mobile device must be returned within 7 days from the date of the repair.
- The mobile must not have been damaged due to misuse after the repair.
- You must provide proof of purchase or service receipt when requesting a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- After the 7-day period from the repair date.
- If the device has been physically damaged after the repair service.
- If the service was completed as per the agreed terms and conditions, but the issue was not related to the repair.
